Great Experience here. I worked with Ray on a transmission replacement for a 2015 Nissan Quest. Nissan's have many transmission issues and as such replacement transmissions are expensive. I was quoted over $5000 by other shops for a used transmission with 100,000 miles. Ray worked to get me a BRAND NEW transmission and only charged $3500 installed. Ray is very responsive. I spent no time on hold. He told me when he was available and answered the phone. He communicated when they would be done and gave me updates. He also worked with me to get the vehicle towed from my house and to Waco to get the transmission programmed by Nissan. This wasn't necessary, but it allowed a 1-year warranty. Absolutely above and beyond work. High quality and good prices. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks!
